Skyline Cincinnati Chili

Chili Chef: Trish Lynne

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Med Onions
1 Qt Water
1 6 oz can Tomato Paste
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Allspice
1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
3 Large Bay Leaves

Instructions

Brown ground beef until done through. Add onions. Once onions are soft, add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer with lid slightly off until chili is the right consistency, approx 2 hours.

Serve over spaghetti noodles.

Top with shredded cheese.
